Travis Pointe Country Club (Ann Arbor, Mich.) is entering the final stages of its clubhouse renovation and beginning a golf course renovation. Together, these projects represent a $7 million investment that will enhance nearly every aspect of club life.
The multi-phase project spans a completely new clubhouse bar and restaurant, a new outdoor patio opening late summer, a new entertainment lounge and theater, indoor golf simulators, and a comprehensive revitalization of the club’s championship golf course, which returns to play in spring 2027.
The announcement lands in a milestone year for the club, which celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2027.
“This milestone marks a bold evolution for our community. This investment honors 50 years of Travis Pointe families and sets the table for the next 50, elevating the club experience to an entirely new standard,” says Steven Finn, Board President, Travis Pointe Country Club.
Highlights of the transformation include:
- A new bar and restaurant at the heart of the clubhouse
- A new patio—expanded outdoor dining and gathering space, opening late summer 2026
- A new entertainment lounge and theater—indoor gathering and entertainment space for every age
- Year-round amenities—indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor racquet courts and golf simulators
- A revitalized championship course, reopening for member in spring 2027
The club is also welcoming new golf members through a limited-time incentive tied to the reopening. Prospective members who join ahead of the course return can take advantage of reduced golf-category dues and lock in the current joining fee before scheduled increases.
“There has never been a better moment to become part of the Travis Pointe family. Join now, and you’ll walk the new course as a member the day it opens,” says Lachlan Hepburn, Director of Membership.
Travis Pointe Country Club is professionally managed by Bobby Jones Links. Membership is by invitation and subject to the club’s application process and Board approval.
