Joanna DeChellis, Editorial Director
As Editorial Director of Club + Resort Business and Club + Resort Chef, Joanna DeChellis takes an audience-first approach that combines sound journalistic and storytelling principles with an appreciation for and deep knowledge of the intricacies of the club and resort market. She oversees the content strategy and programming for Club + Resort Business, Club + Resort Chef, and its various platforms, including the Chef to Chef Conference, PlateCraft and Engagement Summit. She has penned award-winning pieces about the many intricacies within club and resort operations as well as culinary trends, profiles and breaking news. She is co-host of the award-winning interview series Club + Resort Talks, and has served in various content-development roles over the course of her career, including digital, marketing, print, and in-person events. Prior to these roles, she was the Editor-in-Chief of Club + Resort Chef, Managing Editor of Club + Resort Business, Associate Editor of Food Management Magazine and a contributing writer for Restaurant Hospitality, Supermarket News, Gayot, Cleveland Scene Magazine, and Duetto. Isabelle Gustafson, Senior Editor
Isabelle Gustafson is an award-winning editor and writer with a Bachelor of Journalism from the Missouri School of Journalism—a focus in Magazine Editing, minors in Spanish and Psychology and a Certificate in Multicultural Studies. She’s studied in Spain, received her TEFL Certification in Peru and taught English in South Korea. Today, she’s Senior Editor of Club + Resort Chef, a bimonthly magazine, website and host of the annual Chef to Chef conference. She’s also a member of the International Foodservice Editorial Council (IFEC) and the American Society of Business Press Editors (ASBPE). Madison Hartline, Associate Editor
Madison Hartline, Associate Editor of Club + Resort Business, is based in Canton, Ohio. She graduated from the Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a double minor in Professional Writing and Media, Production and Analysis. She enjoys learning about the people she is interviewing and giving their story a platform for others to enjoy. Prior to her current role, she was an associate editor for another B2B magazine in the automotive space.
