Following a major course restoration and golf shop upgrade, the Scottsdale club has begun work on a multifaceted renovation that will modernize social spaces and honor its Jack Nicklaus heritage.

The 7,310-yard layout will feature rolling farmland, hardwood forests and lake views while serving as the centerpiece of the resort’s continued growth as a golf destination.

Plans include a course groundbreaking next month and reopening by late summer 2028 with a pro shop, and maintenance and cart storage buildings slated for completion late next year.

This year’s event includes 42 players total, with three relay teams playing and walking 100 holes of golf in a one-day tournament.

The approved projects include repairs to Bonita Beach Park, Bowditch Point Park, multiple beach boardwalks and construction oversight for the planned reconstruction of the Fort Myers Beach Pier.

The multi-phase renovation will reimagine the club’s nearly 90,000-square-foot clubhouse, introducing new dining, social, and gathering spaces while modernizing key member amenities throughout the facility.

The Madison, Miss.-based club, known for its championship golf course and expansive lifestyle amenities, joins Evergreen Partners’ growing portfolio as the company expands its presence in the industry.

The project will focus on improving practice facilities and water storage systems and is expected to be completed in six months.
