Guilmette Golf, which manages several courses throughout Connecticut, will operate and maintain the course with a lease payment of $1 per each nine-hole round. The city of Glastonbury will continue to make capital improvements to the course, such as irrigation and drainage.
The owner of an Idaho golf course claims to have put “hundreds of thousands of dollars” into repairs of the failing irrigation system. He proposes an elaborate private-public partnership to build homes on the property to help recoup costs.

Bay Point GC will be the fourth course to reopen in Panama City Beach, which was hit hard by the Category 4 hurricane that struck the Panhandle on October 4, 2018. Hombre GC decided to close for good after the storm.
