Nobel Golf has completed the acquisition of Hollytree Country Club in Tyler, Texas. Novel Golf is dedicated to elevating the member experience, enhancing facilities, and fostering strong community connections.
Hollytree Country Club features an 18-hole championship golf course, tennis and pickleball facilities, dining, and family-oriented amenities. The transition of 100% ownership to Nobel Golf ensures long-term stability and growth for the historic club.

To address significant deferred maintenance across the property – including essential repairs to the golf course irrigation system, upgrading non-operational maintenance equipment, and modernizing the pool facilities – a multiphase plan for renovation and modernization is currently underway. Furthermore, the new ownership team is dedicated to reinstating the Board of Governors to help guide these strategic initiatives, foster strong member engagement, and ensure the club’s long-term success.
