Reynolds Lake Oconee Opens Landing Cottages at Parkland Court

The collection includes 12 new cottages, each featuring four ensuite bedrooms, a guest bathroom, and common areas ideal for families and groups traveling together.

By Editorial Staff | June 2, 2026

Reynold Lake Oconee (Greensboro, Ga.) announces the opening of the new Landing Cottages at Parkland Court, a collection of accommodations that enhance the community’s lodging portfolio.

Available to guests beginning June 1, the cottages are designed for comfort and effortless access to amenities. The collection includes 12 new cottages, each featuring four ensuite bedrooms, a guest bathroom, and common areas ideal for families and groups traveling together.

The two-story cottages open to a wooded setting across from the amenity center at The Landing. Each is thoughtfully appointed with open living spaces, fully-equipped kitchens, laundry, and expansive porches with televisions—encouraging relaxed indoor-outdoor living.

Four of the cottages—gathering houses—are slightly larger and include expanded kitchens and living rooms, outdoor patios, and a game room with a pool table, bar, Golden Tee Golf arcade, and shuffleboard games. All guests also enjoy access to a community firepit and putting green, adding to the welcoming, neighborhood-style atmosphere that defines The Landing.

The opening of the Landing Cottages adds to an already robust collection of lodging options throughout Reynolds Lake Oconee. Guests may also choose from condominium residences at The Village at Lake Club Pointe, or National Club Cottages within National Village and proximity to The National, an 18-hole golf course designed by Tom Fazio.

Reynolds Lake Oconee is also home to The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee, which offers 257 guest rooms, multiple dining venues, and a 26,000-square-foot spa—adding a luxury hotel option to the community’s residential-style accommodations.
