Legends Golf Resort (Myrtle Beach, S.C.) announced The Piper, a new nine-hole par-3 course, officially opened on October 2.
Set on 12 acres directly behind the resorts’ clubhouse, The Piper features holes ranging from 54 to 120 yards.
The course is laid out in three-hole loops, so guests can play three, six or nine holes in about an hour with lights and music, creating an entirely new social golf experience for the Grand Strand.
On the first tee, a restored red telephone booth that was used on the property in the 1990s now serves as a starter box and a nod to the resort’s history.
