StoneWater Golf Club has announced its new Women’s Club Membership designed specifically to help more women get acquainted in the golf world.
Created to remove the uncertainty of getting started, the StoneWater Women’s Club Membership offers a special introductory price for women who want to discover where golf might take them—without feeling like they must make a major investment before they know if the game is right for them.
“For so many women, golf has always felt like something they weren’t quite ready for,” says Lindsey Neidus of StoneWater Golf Club. “Maybe they thought they needed to be good enough, own expensive clubs or commit to a membership before they could even start. We wanted to remove those barriers and create a place where women feel like they belong from the very first day. We simply want to say, ‘Come give golf a try.’ Once women experience the game — and the friendships that come with it — we think they’ll understand why so many people fall in love with golf.”
For $1,600 for women age 40 and over, or $1,000 for women under 40, members receive:
- Unlimited golf for the remainder of the 2026 season and all of 2027
- A complimentary one-hour lesson with a StoneWater PGA Professional to build confidence and learn the fundamentals
- Unlimited use of the driving range, putting green and short-game practice areas
- Invitations to women’s clinics, leagues and social events within one of Northeast Ohio’s fastest-growing communities of women golfers
The Women’s Club Membership is available now through October 15, 2026. New members begin playing immediately, with unlimited golf for the remainder of the 2026 season leading into their full 2027 membership.
The membership is built to help women work golf into their schedules; whether it’s a morning round after the school drop-off, nine holes with friends after work, or just thirty minutes on the range between errands, members can make golf fit into their lives—not the other way around.
StoneWater has also addressed one of the most common barriers to entry directly; equipment. Women who don’t yet own clubs can purchase a brand-new starter set for under $500, removing the assumption that getting started requires a major up-front investment in gear before ever playing a round.
“We believe golf is one of the few places where friendships form naturally,” Neidus says. “You spend time walking, talking, encouraging each other, laughing at the bad shots and celebrating the good ones.
