Club House History

The Clubhouse was built in the late '90s. Over the last 36 months, Addison Reserve constructed a new Lifestyle Complex and refreshed the 70,000 square foot Clubhouse. The Lifestyle Complex was designed to capitalize on the South Florida living style with green spaces and outdoor amenities. The refreshed 70,000 square foot Clubhouse complements the color palette and aesthetics of the Lifestyle Complex. The membership has voted to embrace more enhancements to the community and club. In the spring of 2023, we will commence the major restoration of one of the three 9-hole championship golf courses. (The second 18 holes will be restored in 2024). Originally done by Arthur Hills, the redesign will be under the supervision of famed golf course architect Reese Jones. In addition to visual and aesthetic improvements, the courses will receive much needed updates to the infrastructure. There will be a new virtual golf concept building and an adjacent food and beverage outlet for members’ enjoyment at the back of the current driving range. This project, when completed, will round out the improvements outlined in the long range planning of the board and management.
