Construction of a $3.8 million, 9,500-sq. ft., pool and poolhouse at the Darien, Conn., property has concluded. Stamford, Conn.-based A.P. Construction Company completed the renovation shortly after finishing a $4.1 million project at the Country Club of Darien (Conn.).
Construction of a $3.8 million pool and poolhouse at the Woodway Country Club in Darien, Conn., is complete, the Bridgeport (Conn.) Darien News reported.
Stamford, Conn.-based A.P. Construction Company completed the 9,500-sq. ft. pool and poolhouse renovation, along with Culpen & Woods Architects, the News reported.
In addition to the Woodway project, three others—all totaling more than $11 million—were recently completed by the company: the two-phased renovation and expansion of the clubhouse at Old Westbury (N.Y.) Golf & Country Club; various renovations at Ridgewood Country Club in Danbury, Conn.; and the new addition and renovation at Riverside Yacht Club in Greenwich, Conn.

A.P. Construction has managed numerous private club facility renovations, expansions and capital improvements totaling more than $100 million. It has completed construction and renovations projects ranging from clubhouses, locker rooms, pro shops, pools, poolhouses, tennis buildings and maintenance facilities, the News reported.
A.P. Construction also recently completed a $4.1 million project at the Country Club of Darien (Conn.), the News reported.
