The OSHA 300A log is a synopsis of the injuries / illnesses that occurred at your operation; this log is to be signed by the highest compensated employee or Board member to certify the accuracy of the information.
The OSHA 300A log is a synopsis of the injuries / illnesses that occurred at your operation; this log is to be signed by the highest compensated employee or Board member to certify the accuracy of the information. The records of the injuries/illness are to be compiled on the OSHA 300 log throughout the year and these records (the 300 and 300A logs) are to be retained for five (5) years.
A reminder: The club’s OSHA 300A log is to be posted from Feb. 1 to April 30 on your employee bulletin board(s). Please recognize it may be necessary to have multiple copies posted if you have more than one clock-in area – grounds, tennis, pool … if these areas are operational during these dates.
