Richard Jallet, Executive Chef of Baltimore Country Club, has found that proper training and continuing education results in successful new initiatives, like BCC’s Guest Chef Program.
Jallet, who was featured here, and Nelson Millán, Executive Chef of San Antonio Country Club, will offer and education session with a live cooking demonstration at the 2019 Chef to Chef Conference in New Orleans about each of their club’s guest chef programs.
