The Rio Verde, Ariz., club will become the social and recreational hub for Trilogy at Verde River, a master-planned community. The club is currently open for public play with plans to transition into a private club by November 2019, depending on the pace of membership sales.
The new Verde River Golf & Social Club opened in Rio Verde, Ariz., on October 16, Scottsdale Living reported.
Located in the community formerly known as Tegavah, the club will become the social and recreational hub for Trilogy® at Verde River, Shea Homes’ newest Trilogy master-planned resort community, Living reported.
“We are thrilled to begin the journey towards the ultimate vision of Verde River Golf & Social Club,” said Levi Shill, General Manager of Trilogy at Verde River. “We’re starting with a wonderful community surrounded by gorgeous mountain views, Sonoran Desert and a very solid golf course. The improvements on the horizon will only make it even more attractive for golfers and residents alike.”
Verde River Golf & Social Club plans to transition to a private club by November 2019, depending on the pace of membership sales. However, until then, public play is welcome.
The par-72, 7,229-yard golf course was designed by Ken Kavanaugh. Through the end of the month, Arizona residents can enjoy the golf course for as little as $60 per player, Living reported.
