Seedorf has been cooking for 20-plus years and opened the award-winning restaurant i to share her innovative cooking methods with her supportive fans. Seedorf’s Beet and Sweet Potato Chips are among her best loved products and are now available to the public.
The chips are 100% sustainable as she uses the ends to make other food like pickled beets, vinaigrettes and other sauces.
The products were originally created as a savory hors d’ oeuvre for private dinners and later for appetizer bars. Seedorf’s customers often asked her when she’d start selling the chips she served at various events and as side dishes in her restaurant.
