Two Midwest Golf Clubs Select Landscapes Golf Management for Advisory Role

Lincoln Hills Golf Club

Lincoln Hills Golf Club in Ludington, Mich. and Scotts Bluff Country Club in Scottsbluff, Neb. will implement the company’s disciplines involving golf operations, agronomy, marketing, sales, food and beverage, financial management and accounting, and vertical and horizontal construction.

Landscapes Golf Management has been selected to provide advisory services to Lincoln Hills Golf Club in Ludington, Mich. and Scotts Bluff Country Club in Scottsbluff, Neb.

Under multi-year structures, the clubs will benefit from Landscapes Golf Management’s counsel in select disciplines involving golf operations, agronomy, marketing, sales, food and beverage, financial management and accounting, and vertical and horizontal construction. Club staff will have access to “L University” online training modules, seminars and one-on-one sessions with company directors augment the clubs’ business strategies.

Lincoln Hills and Scotts Bluff will also participate in Landscapes Golf Management’s national accounts program, “PoweredBuy LGM,” for food and beverage, golf course supplies and materials, heavy equipment, marketing technology, retail merchandise, fixtures and furnishings, and other goods and services. The company enjoys economies of scale, allowing for substantially reduced wholesale prices, extended terms and value-added allowances. In turn, Lincoln Hills and Scotts Bluff will considerably lower expenses while enhancing quality.

Lincoln Hills is a semi-private club on the shores of Lake Michigan less than two hours north of Grand Rapids and a similar distance southeast of Traverse City. Scotts Bluff Country Club sits in the Panhandle of Nebraska, three hours to metro Denver and 90 miles to Cheyenne, Wyo.
