The provider of caddie services, which is based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., joins Troon’s portfolio and will continue to operate all functions under the CaddieMaster brand. CaddieMaster’s President/CEO will continue his role in the company and the executive owners will maintain an equity interest in the business as well.

Troon has announced its acquisition of CaddieMaster, a provider of caddie services.

CaddieMaster joins the Troon portfolio of companies and will continue to operate all functions under the CaddieMaster brand, governed by the culture and leadership that has existed since its founding in 1993. CaddieMaster’s Mike Granuzzo has made a long-term commitment to continuing his role with the company and will remain in place as CaddieMaster’s president and CEO. All of CaddieMaster’s executive owners will also maintain strong equity interest in the business as well.
