Showcase your Fitness and Wellness Center by entering information via our easy-to-use upload system and show off those beautiful images of your fitness and wellness facility and tell us why it should be Top Ranked. All entrants will be included in the Top Ranked list. Ranking order will be determined by a panel of independent industry judges.

The entry fee is $279.00 for each facility submission and the deadline is March 17, 2023.

Q: What does the entry fee cover?

The entry fee helps to cover the administrative costs we incur for building and maintaining the website platform for submitting entries and preparing them for judging. It also helps to discourage frivolous entries and fund the recognition awards that we will issue to those that earn rankings. 

Those who enter and earn rankings will also be entitled to receive special research reports and data that we will prepare based on the information submitted from all entries.

We feel the entry fee is very reasonable in comparison to what is required for other rankings and award programs in the industry.

Q: What issue will the winners be featured in?

The rankings for the Fitness & Wellness entries will be published in the April 2023 issue of Club + Resort Business and also featured on the C+RB website, its daily e-newsletter and its special-focus Fitness & Wellness e-newsletter.

Q: Once we enter are we guaranteed to be featured in an upcoming publication?

All entries will be recognized, but the final rankings will be determined by the judging. 

Q: One question asks for retail and food-and-beverage size. Is that for the entire club or for the Fitness Center?  

All of the questions pertain specifically to the fitness/wellness center facility - so for F+B it would be the square footage if you have a snack or smoothie bar in that facility, and for retail it would be if you have a separate fitness shop. But otherwise those could be N/A answers.

Q: Does average monthly usage and member usage pertain only to the Fitness Center?

Yes, only statistics for usage of the fitness/wellness facility.

Q: For value of the equipment, does that include all strength and aerobic equipment, but not equipment outside the Fitness Center?

Yes, only equipment value for all Fitness/Wellness Center-related equipment. C+RB will not publish this value by individual club.

Q: Would the value of the equipment ever be published?

We will not publish any specific data from any entry without the club’s consent. The entry data will be used for judging and it may also be reported in the aggregate when combined with data from other entries, but again without any references to specific clubs.
