The Club Foundation, the 501(c)(3) organization of the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA)  has announced the 2009 recipients of Joe Perdue Scholarships. The winners include: Sally Becker, Empire State College; Thor Damerval, University of Wisconsin-Stout; Lauren Kenney, Niagara University; Michael Scheinman, Cornell University; and Bethany Wood, Niagara University. Each of the recipients will receive $2,500 from The Foundation.

Since its inception in 1988, The Club Foundation has awarded more than 150 scholarships, awarded on behalf of Joe Perdue, CCM, CHE, Associate Professor at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and Academic Advisor to the CMAA, that have totaled more than $260,000.
