The purchase also includes The Golf Lodge, the club’s original clubhouse that was converted into five residential units; the tennis pavilion, which includes two Har-Tru tennis courts; a resort-style swimming pool; an equestrian center with 19 boarding stables, an indoor riding facility, and the opportunity to develop 38 additional stables; a fitness center; seaside restaurant that features indoor/outdoor seating; and a European spa and concierge services.
