Officials plan to rezone town-owned golf courses from residential to the new “golf course district” zoning, effectively barring construction of homes on those properties. Officials will also determine how to protect private course owners without instituting new obstacles, which could include provisions that would make rezoning less onerous.
Hearing Planned in Tampa (Fla.) Y&CC Alcohol, Zoning Dispute
The club is seeking city approval to serve alcohol indoors and outdoors, and for a site plan to govern future changes to buildings on its 13.3 acres.
