Replacing the former Watermark Grille, “Cork” opened this week at the Grand Rapids, Mich., club and “Vintage” will be unveiled in May, when the club finishes a dual 100-plus seat outdoor patio with fire pits that will serve both restaurants. Both restaurants fall under the umbrella of the RedWater Restaurant Group, a division of club management company Watermark Properties.
