Pasatiempo GC Signs 30-Year Agreement for Recycled Water Rights
The Santa Cruz, Calif., property has been working on the proposal for 30 years, and will build a 500,000-gallon storage tank with pumping and filtration station that is scheduled to be complete by May 2017.
