San Francisco 49ers to Use Golf Course Fairways for Parking
City officials have approved a special permit to use the fairways of Santa Clara (Calif.) Golf & Tennis Club for 5,000 extra parking spots on game days at Levi’s Stadium. As part of the agreement, the team will pay for improvements to the golf course, such as building driveways to the course, widening golf cart paths, and restoring fairways.
