The still-active club in Louisa, Va., currently owned by Sedgefield Properties after being purchased at a foreclosure auction in 2011, is now under contract for sale to Renovo, a firm founded by Justin Beights that pools money from investors to acquire properties for at least partial conservation. Renovo is also under contract to purchase River’s Bend GC, a long-trouble and recently shuttered property in Chester, Va.
