Mountain Shadows Resort to be Rebuilt for $75M
The Paradise Valley, Ariz., resort originally opened in 1959 and was torn down in 2014. The new resort will include guest rooms, condos and suites, a restaurant, two pools, a fitness facility, a short course with 18 holes, 12,500 sq. ft. of indoor meeting space, and 25,000 sq. ft. of outdoor event space, including a roof deck with a private bar.
