In time to celebrate the club’s centennial, construction on the project will begin in early 2016, with plans to reopen the golf course, clubhouse, tennis and swim facilities for Memorial Day weekend. Work on platform tennis additions will take place over the summer, with the entire project scheduled to conclude in fall 2016.

The Tom Bendelow-designed course that hosted the 1953 PGA Championship will reopen on Memorial Day weekend next year to mark its 100th anniversary with enhancements that include total regrassing, bunker renovation and additions, irrigation upgrades, green and fairway drainage, and renovations of two holes.
