Grant Golf Course in South Milwaukee, Wis., Lincoln Golf Course in Glendale, Wis., and Moor Downs Golf Course in Waukesha, Wis., will open for business on February 17 as high temperatures are expected to range from the high 40s to the mid-50s over the weekend, with mostly sunny skies forecasted.
