The historic Tallahassee, Fla., property, which features an 18-hole, A.W. Tillinghast-designed championship golf course, five tennis courts, dining facilities, fitness center, and locker rooms, will return to private status on March 1, 2016. The club is currently semi-private and narrowly avoided bankruptcy last year.

The Tallahassee, Fla. property features a Tillinghast course and traces its roots to 1908. It was a municipal course until chartered as a private club in 1956.
