Audubon Certifies The Preserve on Rathbun Lake
The Moravia, Iowa golf course, which is located in Honey Creek Resort State Park, was designated a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Over the last four years, the golf course has added areas of native grass and buffer strips, installed 15 nest boxes to attract birds, and added brush piles to create a habitat for small animals.
