William Day and Club West Golf Management have filed suit in Arizona Superior Court against Richard Breuninger, founder of the Inter Tribal Golf Association which acquired the Phoenix, Ariz. property last fall, and Christa Jones, the club’s General Manager. The lawsuit asserts “financial mismanagement, fraudulent operation and possible embezzlement” that includes a water shutoff caused by a delinquent water bill of over $200,000 that now threatens to make the golf course “completely unplayable.”
