Pending license approval, EPR Properties and Empire Resorts Inc., plan to construct the 1,700-acre destination resort in Sullivan County, N.Y., at the site of the former Concord Resort. The destination is designed to offer four seasons of indoor and outdoor activities in several distinct areas: hospitality and spa, sports and leisure dining, entertainment and retail, and gaming.
California, New Mexico Clubs Construct Clubhouses
Andalusia Country Club in La Quinta, Calif., is building a 15,500-sq. ft. clubhouse for its existing Rees Jones course, which will likely be complete in early 2015. In New Mexico, The Los Alamos County Golf Course is nearing the debut of its new $5.3 million community golf course building in the spring, which was approved as a capital project in 2010.
