Pulaski (Va.) Country Club was sold at auction to a local auto auction operator who said he wasn’t sure what his plans might be for the 88-year-old property. Residents Raise Money to Aid Potential Buyer of Saddlebrook GC
Those living in the neighborhood surrounding Saddlebrook GC in Indianapolis, Ind., hope to save the “18-hole gem,” which was sold at auction in 2016, by mounting a fundraising campaign to raise $300,000 that would be used by a new buyer, Green Golf Partners, to restore the course. Contributors of $1,000 or more would earn discounts from Green Golf on rounds of golf, merchandise, and food-and-beverage purchases.

Belleview Biltmore GC Unveils Updates to Golf Course, Restaurant
The Belleair, Fla., property will host a formal grand opening ceremony on January 20, after implementing more than $350,000 of new capital investment over the past six months. The renovations included upgrading all 59 bunkers, an updated theme and menu for the restaurant, and apparel with the new club logo at the golf shop.
Investors Offer $1M for St. Johns GC
According to St. Johns County, which owns the St. Augustine, Fla., club, the property is valued between $2.5 million and $6 million, and the County Administrator said the county is not interested in selling. The potential buyers want to revamp the facility, repairing the golf course and adding cart paths.
Belleview Biltmore GC Signs 10-Year Lease
