Rockford, Ill. Clubs Form “Out of Box” Trial Alliance

Anthony Lyons, CEC, has been named Executive Chef of Forest Hills Country Club in Chesterfield, Mo. Lyons brings considerable skill in mentoring younger aspiring chefs, and has coached the St. Louis Junior Culinary Team for the past four years. Previously, Anthony was the chef at Sunset Country Club in St. Louis.
