Sierra Golf Management, which took over operations of the golf course in July, will now handle food and beverage operations as well. The town and Sierra Golf have entered into an interim agreement to allow for an immediate transition while both sides negotiate a long-term lease agreement and plans to rehabilitate the dining and kitchen facilities.
