Beginning March 31, the Naples, Fla., club will increase the fee for golf memberships from $35,000 to $45,000, and associate golf memberships from $1,000 to $5,000. The club cites changing demographics in Southwest Florida and recent renovations for its surge in membership.
The town currently limits the use of motorized landscaping equipment to 8 am to 7 pm on weekdays, and 9 am to 5 pm on weekends. The club is seeking an exception to allow groundskeepers to start by 7:30 am to accommodate players who tee off at 9 am.
