The private McKinney, Texas club features a Tom Weiskopf-designed golf course with a dual-sided practice area with target greens, a 14,000-sq. ft. putting green, a 100-yard short game area with bunkers, and a dedicated chipping green. Its 40,000-sq. ft. clubhouse includes casual dining in The Legend’s Grille and upscale dining in The Portabello Room.

The delay cost the golf course business, while the greens and driving range continue to suffer.
