The three-story, 35,000-sq. ft., members-only SkyClub will be located in a floating-glass bridge that will connect two 60-story towers overlooking the Miami River. Amenities will include a 10,000-sq.-ft. garden and terrace, indoor and outdoor restaurants, a craft cocktail bar, cigar lounge, wine cellar and tasting room, media room, library, business center and 25 suites for guests of members.
