Dayton’s Community GC to Mark 100 Years
The property with a 36-hole golf course built on land donated to the Ohio city by John Patterson, founder of the National Cash Register Company, will commemorate its century of operation with a special Throwback Golf Day where golfers dressed in knickers or using clubs from the early 1900s can play for $1. The club’s annual tournament will also feature a special reception with speakers talking about its history.
