Lee County, Ga., officials struck a deal in June to develop the bulk of the Albany, Ga., property into a high-end, $50 million hospital complex. Now, the county plans to invest $4 million to develop the remainder of the property into a lighted par-3 golf course, facility with virtual golf and hunting, a new restaurant, walking trails and other amenities.
