Phase one of the renovation will cost $13 million, all privately funded, and includes the golf course, a new maintenance facility, a practice facility with a two-level hitting bay for public use and a First Tee complex with a four-hole course. Phase two, with a projected cost of $15-$17 million, would be for clubhouse facilities.

Chatham Hills to Host Grand Opening September 29
The new community in Westfield, Ind., will include nine-hole executive and 18-hole championship golf courses, both designed by Pete Dye, plus nature trails, 40 acres of parks, a clubhouse with swimming, fitness, tennis, dining, and bowling. Pete and Alice Dye will hit the inaugural tee shots at the grand opening event.
Maple Creek G&CC and The Club at ArrowCreek Go Private
Maple Creek G&CC, with the oldest Pete Dye course in Indianapolis, increased membership by 50 percent in 2014 and is now near enough to the level that justifies going fully private, its owner says. The Club at ArrowCreek, in Reno, Nev., will go fully private on May 1.
