With 20 first-of-its-kind food-and-beverage concepts on property, the dining experience at Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor (Fla.) will offer guests a decorative culinary adventure. Coinciding with the resort’s grand opening in 2023, hotel guests will be able to experience a lineup of seven stand-alone restaurants, 11 bars and lounges, two poolside offerings and a 25,000-sq.-ft. multi-dining experience. Set upon the Peace River, the waterfront resort will showcase fine and casual dining options with everything one could imagine including a modern steakhouse, traditional trattoria-style Italian restaurant, coastal Mexican restaurant, expansive sports bar, a full-scale in-house bakery, a dedicated banquet kitchen and much more.
The 11 bar and lounge areas on property feature a robust wine program with a selection of internationally acclaimed fine wines, modern cocktails, local beer and tropical libations which are the finishing touches to the resort driven elevated dining experience available.

C+RB reported in June that the resort will have 785 rooms as well as two pools, a spa and salon, a 117,000-sq.-ft. “ground level experience,” the adults-only rooftop retreat, 60,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a harbor walk and an 18-hole golf course.
