With 20 first-of-its-kind food-and-beverage concepts on property, the dining experience at Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor (Fla.) will offer guests a decorative culinary adventure. With more than 600 food-and-beverage team members, Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor will cultivate what may be the largest culinary team on the Southwest Coast of Florida.

Coinciding with the resort’s grand opening in 2023, hotel guests will be able to experience a lineup of seven stand-alone restaurants, 11 bars and lounges, two poolside offerings and a 25,000-sq.-ft. multi-dining experience. Set upon the Peace River, the waterfront resort will showcase fine and casual dining options with everything one could imagine including a modern steakhouse, traditional trattoria-style Italian restaurant, coastal Mexican restaurant, expansive sports bar, a full-scale in-house bakery, a dedicated banquet kitchen and much more.
The 11 bar and lounge areas on property feature a robust wine program with a selection of internationally acclaimed fine wines, modern cocktails, local beer and tropical libations which are the finishing touches to the resort driven elevated dining experience available.

C+RB reported in June that the resort will have 785 rooms as well as two pools, a spa and salon, a 117,000-sq.-ft. “ground level experience,” the adults-only rooftop retreat, 60,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a harbor walk and an 18-hole golf course.
