Home sales at St. Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton, Fla., continue to show steady growth with a 14% increase this fiscal year and a 73% respective increase over 2011, the club reported.
The club has completed two phases of a $15 million club improvement plan within the private, member-only golf and country club community. Homes priced $750,000-$1,500,000 accounted for 32% of sales and new home construction sales accounted for 12.5%.
The club improvement plan includes a redesign of multiple areas including the clubhouse, restaurants, main entry features, and recreation/aquatic center, and the final phase is targeted for completion in November 2014. The plan provides a roadmap for the club and facility upgrades, replacements or expansion that meets the needs of current and future members.
