|TABASCO® brand Green Pepper Sauce||1 1/2 oz.||3 Tbsp.|
|Pesto||1 oz.||2 Tbsp.|
|Plum tomatoes, 1/4″ slices||4 oz.||Approx. 14-18 slices|
|Chicken breast, cooked and julienned||7 oz.||1 cup|
|Mozzarella cheese||4 oz.||1 cup, loose pack|
|Garlic salt||–||1 tsp.|
|Fresh basil, cut into thin strips and shredded or julienned||1/2 oz.||2 Tbsp.|
|Prepared pizza dough round, 14″ –||1 each|
1 Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen. Dock the dough well. Brush TABASCO® brand Green Pepper Sauce on dough, then brush on pesto. Cover dough with 1/4″ slices of tomato, but do not overlap slices. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Evenly distribute chicken over top of pizza and cover evenly with Mozzarella cheese to the sides.
2 Bake in a preheated oven at 500°F. for 12 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly and cut into 12 slices. Place basil evenly over pizza and serve.
