Wildcat Run Golf & Country Club in Estero, Fla., offers its members championship golf and a country club lifestyle inside matured landscaping, palms and high-reaching pines, cypress preserves and sparkling lakes.
But now it also offers more than a pretty backdrop. The clubhouse recently underwent an $8 million renovation that included a new entrance (see photo, right), golf course renovations, new Har-Tru tennis courts, updated decor and other impressive facility updates.
To show off its new and improved clubhouse, Wildcat Run hosted an open house as part of a grand re-opening. The club didn’t stop there, though. To attract potential members and entertain returning ones, the event included an exotic car show and raffle prizes that included chocolates, tote bags, restaurant gift certificates, golf for four and lunch at the club.
Additionally, during the open house, Wildcat Run representatives gave tours of the new facility, as well as the club’s Arnold Palmer championship golf course.
