The Harmony, N.J., club’s former Harker’s Bar & Grill has been replaced by St. Andrew’s Pub & Tee Room. The new restaurant, which opened for the season April 11, will feature pub fare, is open to the public, and offers private dining rooms for parties and weddings, along with an outdoor deck.
Harker’s Hollow Golf & Country Club in Harmony, N.J., debuted a new restaurant when it opened for the season April 11, the Easton (Pa.)-based Lehigh Valley Live reported.
St. Andrew’s Pub & Tee Room takes the place of the former Harker’s Bar & Grill. According to Jan Kiszonak, who owns the club with her son Drew and his wife Glenda Kiszonak, the new restaurant will feature pub fare and is open to the public, Live reported.
The golf course and restaurant made the switch from private to public in 2011, Live reported.
Cyle Quinn, former owner of Third Street Bistro in Easton, will be the executive chef, Live reported.
The menu features Garlic Shrimp Bruschetta (presented warm on rustic garlic crostinis); Honey Stung Fried Chicken (with pub slaw and fries); Smoky Rachel’s Reuben (smoked turkey, sauerkraut, Russian and Swiss grilled on marble rye, with fries or salad); Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon Filet (broiled maitre d’ hotel or whole grain mustard sauce); and Penne Alfredo Bella (roasted artichoke Asiago Alfredo sauce tossed with penne and Cajun blackened chicken).
The club also has private dining rooms for parties and weddings, along with an outdoor deck. The restaurant’s hours will be: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday-Sunday, and is closed Mondays and Tuesdays, Live reported.
