Red Tail Golf Club, Devens, Mass., will be celebrating its 10th anniversary during the 2011 golf season.
Red Tail has hosted a number of prestigious championships over the past 10 years including the Massachusetts State Junior Championship and the U.S. Women’s Amateur Public Links Championship in 2009. This USGA National event brought women from around the world to compete. Jennifer Song, the 2009 winner was from Southern California. The New England PGA and the Massachusetts Golf Association have also chosen Red Tail and its excellent conditions for many of their events over that past ten years. Red Tail Golf Club not only has the reputation of being a championship golf course but one that is enjoyed by golfers of all abilities.
The Brian Silva design became the first Audubon International Signature Sanctuary golf course in New England and the forty-sixth in the world. This designation means that Red Tail’s dedication to the protection of the environment, wildlife, nature and its customers is their number one priority.
