On November 15th, “Culinary Conversations: Club Kitchens” will feature a discussion with industry experts offering their insights on current kitchen challenges and hot trends in club dining, such as maintaining and managing consistency, kitchen efficiencies and culinary trends.
RATIONAL, a leader in multifunctional foodservice technology, will host a 60-minute webinar on November 15th for Chefs, General Managers and other club decision-makers.
The event, “Culinary Conversations: Club Kitchens,” will feature a discussion with industry experts offering their insights on current kitchen challenges and hot trends in club dining, such as maintaining and managing consistency, kitchen efficiencies and culinary trends.
During the second half of the virtual event, the culinary team will provide attendees with a brief cooking demonstration featuring dishes designed for clubs and prepared with RATIONAL equipment.
