Quail Point Golf Course, Medford, Ore. recently unveiled nine holes of a new natural grass putting course. Designed by two-time PGA Tour winner and 1977 U.S. Amateur Champion, John Fought, the Quail Point Putting Course features actual ‘holes’ where one ‘tees off’ and navigates through undulating ‘fairways’ and around creative landscape features and even water hazards.
“We are very excited to add the new putting course to Quail Point and create a great family-oriented recreational amenity for the region,” stated Vince Domenzain, General Manager of both Quail Point and Centennial Golf Clubs. “We anticipate that the Quail Point Putting Course will become a hub of social activity as well as a popular venue for creative fundraising events, putting tournaments, putting shootouts and even a great place to settle ties after playing Quail Point or Centennial.”
Putters are provided and cost for nine holes is just $5 for Adults and $3 for Juniors. The Quail Point Putting Course will expand to 18 holes with the second nine opening in July.
