The Aventura, Fla. property will feature a championship-level golf course, driving range, enhanced clubhouse and a “crystal lagoon” pool club. The new owners are planning to develop a residential project on a portion of the property as well.
The Presidential Estate Golf Course in Aventura, Fla. has been sold and the new owners will open the Tom Fazio-designed course to the public. Construction is currently underway so that the public will have access to the course and driving range. In addition to upgrades, the new owners are planning to develop a residential project on a portion of the property.
The enhanced golf course will feature a championship-level golf course, with access to premium golf carts, golf clubs and more while enjoying gourmet food and beverage offerings at the new state-of-the-art clubhouse, which will feature a “crystal lagoon” pool club.
The golf course design will be led by EDSA Landscape Architects, whose high-profile projects include The Four Seasons Resort Orlando, Grand Cypress Resort, Hammock Beach Resort Palm Coast and many more.

The law firm of Fromberg Perlow & Kornik, P.A., assisted with the closing transaction on behalf of the new buyers.
