The Palm City, Fla., property will host an open house on March 19 to show off the updates, including open floor plans, vaulted ceilings, grand windows in the dining rooms, the new Pub 19, which features an expanded leathered marble bar, and a covered patio with fire pit area.
Open floor plans, vaulted ceilings, stately décor and classic adornments greet residents and visitors when they step into the newly renovated clubhouse at Piper’s Landing Yacht and Country Club in Palm City, Fla.
The dining rooms now feature grand windows and the new Pub 19 includes a newly expanded leathered marble bar. The $7.3 million in renovations were completed on time, on budget and culminated with a grand reopening party on New Year’s Eve.
The club will host an open house on March 19 for the entire community to tour the renovated clubhouse, which is available to reserve for special events.
The clubhouse renovations incorporate both functional and aesthetic improvements and upgrades, including an expanded clubhouse footprint with outdoor dining and a modernized Lifestyle and Fitness Center.
An upgraded and enlarged dining room features a longer bar with additional seating in the lounge, a casual fire pit area and a covered patio for outdoor dining. Multi-purpose rooms have also been added near the newly renovated men’s and women’s locker rooms, along with many upgrades to safety and handicap accessibility.
“Members are thrilled with the stunning new clubhouse and are rightfully proud of all of the new amenities,” said General Manager Brian Reich. “The upgrades and expansion of the clubhouse have made Piper’s even more competitive in the marketplace for both special event venues and luxury living. Piper’s truly is unique—we have all the amenities of a larger community with a smaller, friendlier atmosphere.”
While the clubhouse was closed for renovations, Piper’s championship golf course remained in full swing. Residents also enjoy access to Har-Tru® tennis courts, nature preserves and a yacht basin and marina.
