SouthWood Golf Club—located in Tallahassee, Fla. and owned by The St. Joe Company and operated by Billy Casper Golf—has named Patrick Noonan as Executive Chef at its neighborhood-oriented restaurant and grill.
Noonan brings more than 32 years of culinary experience and expertise to the newly created head chef position. His background runs the gamut, from fine dining and mainstream Americana to large-group catering and golf resort food and beverage operations. He has extensive experience in culinary design, special menu creation, recipes and presentation, and will oversee an expansion of SouthWood’s breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.
“We are excited to introduce Chef Patrick and his culinary style to our customer base and to create a more memorable dining experience rooted in quality and presentation,” says SouthWood’s General Manager, Beth Murphy. “Tapping Chef Patrick’s extensive and diverse restaurant and foodservice background, we will roll out menu and service-span changes, including a new dinner menu and seven-day-a-week service.”
